Authentic Camp Oven Food
Recipes and camp oven management will all be included in Marksie's Camp Oven cookbooks.

We used over 14 different bush herbs, spices, fruits and foods in our cooking, including Bush Tomato, Lemon Myrtle, Native Pepperberries, Aniseed Myrtle and Rainforest Plum.

Stepping back in time to a Stockmans Camp, 100yrs ago, and enjoy a stockmans stew with the best beef cut, vegetables and be wowed by the flavours from the tastiest native bush herbs. the stew is cooked slowly over the campfire and will melt in your mouth.
