BUS AND LARGE GROUP MORNING/AFTERNOON TEAS

We are offering a new feather to our bow with a morning or afternoon tea to bus or large groups of over 10 people.

This will include Gem Scones straight from the camp oven, with native jams and whipped cream, bottomless cup of gum leaf billy tea, a few stories or cultural demonstrations (discussed at booking) for a minimum One hour session. Or for something more substantial -our famous crocodile and sausage rolls with a desert quandong sauce.

This may even be an option for a business meeting with a difference, or bus groups with a busy schedule.

This is a set $15 pp and must be pre-booked.

VIP'S

We also cater for special VIP exclusive nights, but these would need to be booked well in advance. Menu, entertainment programme and costing is negotiated

CATERING and GROUP DINNERS.

We supply a copy of the MENU on each table for your special occasion, and you choose the menu content for your guests. The menu may include two or  three Northern Territory entrees, main roasts, vegetables, desserts, salads  or other finger foods and  native jungle juice.

 We try to simulate an authentic ‘stockman's camp’  but with a fine dining aspect, under the stars, with our camp lamps blazing. We provide full waiter service for food tailored to fit in with our clients needs. 

Our biggest group was a wedding, where we catered for 182 guests, held at Springvale Homestead. This was very successful.

Book your Wedding, Engagement, Birthday or Anniversary celebration and have an enjoyable fun night! Our signature cake for Birthday Celebrations is a ‘banana and lime’ birthday camp oven cake. We really do ”treat people like gold and we fluff over them”… Most of our Birthday events have been between 40 and 100 people.

We specialise in finger food which has a unique bush style about it.,
We use a lot of indigenous herbs, spices, fruits and food with our western camp tucker meal.
We also use a great deal of NT produce with our functions and this can include crocodile, camel, buffalo and wild barramundi along with kangaroo and various other cuts when available.
We use local mangoes and a lot of other local fruit and vegetables such as potato, pumpkin, tomatoes (Our local community-Kalanos' tomatoes are the best) along with watermelon, rock melon, honey dew melon and some native wild fruits such as Desert Quandong, Rosella flower jam, rainforest plum,  and bush limes.
Our goal is always to make your function or special occasion enjoyable and make it work for you. 

Menu, programme for entertainment and costs are negotiated to suits your needs and budget.

A $500.00 DEPOSIT is needed to BOOK THE DATE, and
PAYMENT IN FULL 7 DAYS BEFORE EVENT TO SECURE your booking.
NO PAYMENT means you haven't booked.
